EVERYTHING IS INCLUDE :

Lodgings and meals, lessons, trips all sports and their instruction and accident insurance. No other expenses are required, except possibly pocket money, doctor fees and medicine in the event of illness. Transport between Paris and Troissy is provided free of charge on the first and last days of the session, only if the arrival is between 8.00 a.m.  and 6.00 p.m. and the departure between 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m (arrivals and departures from Orly airport (or Paris-stations) will cost 90 €). Outside of these dates and times any transportation CDG - Troissy will be charged at 170 € per child (single) i.e. 340 € for the round-trip and Orly (or Paris-stations) - Troissy 240 € (single) i.e. 480 € for the round-trip. Should all necessary travelling details be sent to us 15 days before the arrival of students we will endavour to sort alll transport arrangement to CILS, after such time however any transportation will be charged. Our personnel meet children, accompany them for the return trip, and assist them with check-in formalities.

Complete the registration and information form on the opposite page as legibly as possible and in uppercase letters. Enclose a 500 € non refundable deposit.

FINAL PAYMENT :

授業料は3週間前までに全額お支 払いとなります。
送迎手配は2週間前までに、到着予定の御連絡をお願い致します。

開始日より3週間前は前金の500ユーロは返金されません。
開始後と開始日より3週間以内は、全額返金されません。
キャンセル保険料3週間：126ユーロ　2週間：84ユーロ

The balance is payable 3 weeks before the session is due to begin. In the event of cancellation,the total price, minus the deposit, will be refunded no later than 3 weeks before the beginning of the session. No refunds will be made for cancellation less than 3 weeks before the beginning of the session. A cancellation insurance policy is available for an amount of 6% of the fees. Late arrival or early departure are not entitled to a reduction in price.

ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS :

We only accept girls and boys whose behaviour is excellent and who live in healthy environments. The Centre accepts children from all over the world and enables a very enriching and warm personal contact and exchange. Communal living arrangements of this type require that the Centre's regulations be observed by everyone. The management reserves the right to expel students who do not obey the established rules. In such a case, no refund will be made. Since the health and safety of children is one of the Centre's fundamental objectives, alcohol and tobacco are not allowed. Any damage caused is to be paid by the child or his family. Mobile phones will have to remain in the director's office. Children will be allowed to use them only from 02.00 p.m. to 09.30 p.m. It is not advised to let children under 12 to have a mobile phone.

SCHOOL OUTFIT :

Total freedom of choice is allowed parents regarding their child's school outfit but it MUST BE MARKED with the child's Family name. Any clothing or linen that is not marked will not be washed. We recommend parents to include clothing and linen that are practical and easy to wash (industrial type washing machines are used). Sheets and blankets are provided. Bath and swimming towels will not be provided.The Centre will not be held liable for student's money and objects of value ( GSM, Creditcard, CD player, Camera...) unless they are deposited at the "secretariat". Neither will it be held responsable for the loss or theft, or loans, gifts or sales made to other students.

PAYMENT :

Payment may be made by money order, bank transfer, ( + 25 € ) bank cheque in French francs (clearable in a French bank), creditcards or by cash.  Pocket money must be given to the children in cash, equally the late booking of optional excursion must be payed for in cash. Please ensure that all payments are accompanied by the childs full name. All personnal expenses for the child which are transfered via our account are subject to a tax of 19.6%  ( TVA ).
